Rental FAQs
How do I rent your venue?
Pick your date and contact us at brickerpriceblock@gmail.com to discuss the details of your event. To reserve your date on our calendar, you just need to complete and sign our Facility Reservation Form and provide us with a deposit (50% of the rental fee).
How much does it cost?
We’d be happy to discuss cost as soon as we know all of the details of your event. Email us at brickerpriceblock@gmail.com.
How many people does your venue hold?
Our Hadley Family Social Club can hold up to 150 guests.
Do you have tables and chairs?
Your rental includes access a wide variety of our banquet, round and cocktail tables along with 144 padded chairs.
Is your event venue handicap accessible?
Yes! We have a handicap accessible entrance on the north side of our building with an elevator right inside the door.
Are there any other amenities?
Your rental also includes access to our Prairie Meadows Culinary Kitchen, AV + Projection Capabilities, Free Wi-Fi, and a Bluetooth Sound System.
Do you have a list of “preferred vendors”?
You are welcome to use any of your favorite vendors, but if you are looking for suggestions we are happy to provide you some of our favorites.
What restrictions are there?
We do not allow candles or open flames, fog or smoke machines, water features, confetti or glitter. We also do not allow tape, command strips or similar hanging strips on our walls. There will be additional cleaning/damage fees incurred should these be used in either event space.
